	Employees are routinely screened and tested for drugs and alcohol. Drivers must receive Act 33/34 Pennsylvania clearances and attend safety classes. CDL training is offered to all employees. A variety of other services are offered including: - Football Games - Basketball Games - Daycare Activities - After School Programs - Bingo trips - Casino trips - Family reunions - Picnics **- Customized special trips

Stephanie has also done a wonderful job in training and supervising her drivers and aides. As Stephanie realizes these children can be a real challenge, she uses Behavior Modification techniques, rewards, and caring to make sure all Wilkinsburg children arrive safely at their destination. Each summer, she holds an all-day workshop educating old and new drivers and monitors informing them of the expectations and responsibilities that transporting Special Education students involves."
